Project: Several of these photos are dogs from the W. Valley Shelter (LA Animal Services). Thirty-five framed photos were donated to the newly rebuilt facility in an effort to show shelter animals in a more homey situation as opposed to being in cages. These photos line the hall as visitors make their way back to the kennels. |
